 Show Rules and Conditions of Entry

All registered Participants, as a condition of entry to the Show, accept and agree to adhere to the following rules of The Show *(refer definitions below):

  1. Display sites have a predetermined size and location, and are detailed on the Site Plan. All displays must be within their designated site. Trade and Club displays can reserve a specific site in advance upon payment of the appropriate entrance fee.

  2. Sites are allocated on a first come, first served basis. No site will be reserved without payment.

  3. Cancellations and refunds- Cancellations must be notified in writing, by emailing the club (refer email address at footer of rules). A full refund, less a $20 administration fee, will be given for cancellations made 30 days before the day of The Show. Cancellations made within 30 days of the day of the Show will not be refunded.

  4. All vehicles being displayed on Trade, Club and Show & Shine sites must be in place by 9:30am on the Day of The Show. Late arrivals will only be admitted if authorised by the head Show Marshall.

  5. No part of a display is to extend beyond the boundaries of the allocated site. All designated pathways and access ways are to be free from obstructions at all times. Any ropes, cordons or barriers placed by Show organisers are not to be moved.

  6. Fixing of any part of a display (including signage) to the Show building is prohibited.

  7. No vehicle on any Trade, Club or Show & Shine site is to be started or moved during Show Hours.

  8. Any vehicle on a Swap Meet site within the Show building can only be moved under the direct supervision of 2 Show Marshalls

  9. All displays (other than swap meet displays) must remain fully presented during Show Hours. No packing up or dismantling of displays is to occur until after The Show has concluded

  10. All sites must be fully cleared and vacated by 6pm on the day of the Show.

  11. Vehicles must be displayed in a safe manner. If the Show Safety Officer deems a display to be unsafe, the Participants agree to alter their display in accordance with the Safety Officer’s instructions

  12. No alcohol is to be consumed at The Show at any time. The Show building is also designated a smoke free area.

  13. The results of any competition held during the course of the Show shall be administered by the Show organising committee. Their decision on any competition matters shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  14. All Participants agree to waive property rights to any photos, video or other images captured during The Show by any person, and agree for such material to be freely used in the future for any purpose, including marketing of future shows

Show Hours – between 10am and 4pm on the day of The Show

Participant- any person responsible for, or associated with, a business, club or individual that has been allocated a site at The Show
